The Supreme Court's ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization overturned Roe v. Wade. In the wake of the ruling, employers are navigating a post-Roe workplace, including analyzing possible changes to benefit plans, employee policies, and multi-state considerations. In this webinar, our attorneys highlighted key considerations to help employers manage the implications of the Supreme Court's ruling and offer practical tips on issues including:

  • Internal and public messaging
  • Managing an ideologically diverse workforce
  • Navigating the multi-state landscape
  • NLRB considerations
  • Effects on employer-sponsored health coverage
  • ERISA preemption considerations
  • Feasibility of making changes to (or implementing new) benefits plans

Speakers:

  • Sarah Ames Benedict
  • Richard Birmingham
  • Lisette Sell
  • Kate Tylee Herz

The program features one hour of substantive presentation, followed by a question-and-answer period. Attendees were encouraged to submit questions in advance of this webinar.

(On-demand versions are not eligible for CLE credit.)
