Project W was thrilled to host a screening of the award-winning film Show Her The Money, celebrating women entrepreneurs building companies that will change the world and the women investors who are funding them. Part of a 50-city tour sponsored by Wells Fargo, we hosted over 30 women entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders for an inspiring evening (with some popcorn thrown in).

The film's message – that money is power and women need it to achieve true equality – was brought home in a post-screening talk back with cast member and associate producer, Azin Radsan van Alebeek, and associate producer, Helen Fanucci, moderated by Mary Knell of Wells Fargo, the tour's sponsor.

The key takeaway of the evening: Women can create wealth for themselves and their families by investing in women entrepreneurs. By investing in women entrepreneurs, women investors empower those entrepreneurs to create wealth for themselves, their families, and their employees. That's the power of the double bottom line.
