Rachel Aichelmann is an associate in the firm's financial services practice group, representing financial institutions, fintechs, and retailers in connection with transactions including payment card program agreements, payment network arrangements, bank partnerships, strategic alliances, and portfolio M&A.
Rachel's prior experience includes complex corporate and securities transactions, covering the issuance and underwriting of public and private offerings. This work spanned the full lifecycle of transactions, from initial structuring through closing, with experience handling high-volume deal flow and large-scale financings.
Rachel earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she received a Certificate with Distinction in Intellectual Property, Media, and Information Law.
