Suzanne Alenick

Suzanne Alenick leads DWT's Managing Clerk's Office, drawing on 30+ years of experience as a Managing Attorney supporting complex litigation and advising on procedural, regulatory, and professional responsibility requirements nationwide. She partners with litigation teams and firm leadership on procedural strategy, court filings, and compliance with bar admissions, licensure, and continuing legal education. She also works with business development, marketing, and research teams to monitor client-related litigation and support strategic initiatives.
Previously, Suzanne built and led managing attorney functions at large international law firms, including establishing a Managing Attorney's Office to launch a U.S. litigation practice. She provided procedural and licensure guidance to attorneys in the U.S. and abroad; collaborated closely with firm leadership on risk management; and partnered with finance, HR, Professional Development, among others, on firmwide operations.
