In addition to serving as the firmwide co-chair of DWT's Litigation Practice, Jaime Drozd (Allen) is a complex commercial litigator who advises and defends clients against a variety of consumer class actions, including putative class actions based on trademark, consumer protection statutes, employment issues, and privacy. From pre-suit advice and early exit strategies, to dogged litigation and motions practice to vindicate clients' positions, Jaime handles all aspects of class action lawsuits to ensure that clients' objectives and goals are met.
She has represented clients ranging from large international companies to small, family-owned businesses and sole proprietorships. Jaime also advises clients on a partnership and corporate governance disputes, and trust and estate litigation
