MaryAnn Almeida

MaryAnn Almeida represents companies in high-stakes commercial litigation, consumer class actions, antitrust disputes, and appeals. She is particularly experienced in matters involving emerging legal issues affecting technology companies and other innovative businesses. She regularly represents clients facing claims under the Washington Consumer Protection Act and similar state and federal statutes. An accomplished advocate, MaryAnn has argued in state and federal appellate courts across the country.

Before joining the firm, MaryAnn practiced commercial litigation in Washington, D.C., and clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before law school, MaryAnn served as a legislative assistant for then-Speaker of the Oregon House of Representatives Tina Kotek.
