Joshua Baker

Josh Baker is a member of DWT's healthcare practice group where he advises clients on litigation and regulatory matters informed by his experience working within federal and state courts. His background also includes work with trial and appellate courts on civil and criminal matters. Earlier in his career, he contributed to civil litigation matters involving insurance, employment, constitutional, and commercial disputes.

Prior to his legal career, Josh held leadership roles in higher education administration managing compliance and institutional agreements.
