Laurel Leigh Baker

Laurel Leigh Baker works on arbitration matters at DWT. She has managed litigation in numerous practice areas, including employment, labor, and contracting matters, and has conducted internal investigations in similar areas for clients. She has defended employers against harassment and retaliation claims and resolved clients' most complex cases involving numerous issues, including trade secret misappropriation and allegations of breach of noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements. Laurel also has advised clients on issues related to pay transparency, compliance with the FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and federal and state WARN Acts. Laurel has extensive experience in motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, and preparation for trial and alternative resolution.
