Zachary Bass represents clients in litigation and appellate matters, with further experience supporting complex intellectual property disputes and constitutional claims in federal courts. His work includes drafting trial and appellate briefs, preparing witness declarations and post-trial submissions, assisting with bench trials, and contributing to certiorari-stage advocacy before the U.S. Supreme Court. He has also played a leading role in pro bono litigation, coordinating discovery, depositions, and expert development to achieve a favorable settlement in a civil rights matter.
Before entering private practice, Zachary clerked for judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court, where he assisted with opinions, bench memoranda, and orders across a wide-ranging civil docket and supported the management of large and complex caseloads. Before his legal career, Zachary assisted in the engineering and manufacturing of theme park attractions for Disney and Universal Studios, for which he was honored as a Daytona Beach News-Journal "40 Under 40" honoree. He remains active in professional and nonprofit leadership, including service on alumni and arts-focused boards.
