Christina Behar works as a land use planner, assisting the firm's clients with commercial and residential projects throughout Washington, Oregon, and California. Christina's expertise spans the full range of a project's life cycle, including pre-development review, land use feasibility, real estate and zoning analysis, code interpretation, permit applications and documentation, communications with city and county staff, and due diligence.
