Ella Beres
Associate
Ella represents cryptocurrency exchanges and financial services firms, including broker-dealers and investment advisors , on litigation and regulatory matters. Much of her work has focused on representing financial services clients in FINRA arbitrations. She also counsels both registered representatives seeking expungement of customer complaints from their CRD records and firms regarding their Form U4 disclosures.
While in law school, Ella gained experience as a Legal Extern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and the National Labor Relations Board as well as with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, Civil Division.
