Andrenna Berggren represents employers in complex employment disputes, investigations, and compliance matters involving wage and hour laws, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace policies. Her practice focuses on high-stakes employment and class action litigation, and she represents employers nationwide in class actions, collective actions, mass arbitrations, representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act, and individual employment disputes. She has extensive experience litigating wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and worker misclassification claims.

In addition to her litigation practice, Andrenna advises employers on personnel policies, employee handbooks, job classification, termination decisions, and other workplace compliance issues. She has also led sensitive internal investigations involving senior executives and systemic workplace allegations across a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, retail, and transportation.

Andrenna returns to private practice after years in the federal government. She served as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of the Solicitor, where she led federal enforcement litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act and related statutes and acted as lead counsel on multiple complex wage and hour matters. She managed all phases of litigation—from investigation through trial preparation—while driving enforcement strategy with agency leadership and partnering with investigators and agency officials on high-impact enforcement initiatives.

Andrenna also served as a supervisory attorney advisor with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Office of Equal Employment Opportunity, where she directed the agency's nationwide reasonable accommodation and informal EEO complaints programs and supervised a team responsible for resolving complex workplace matters across a large federal workforce.
