Sloane Bessey is an associate in Davis Wright Tremaine's litigation practice group. She helps clients navigate complex commercial litigation, restructuring disputes, and Chapter 11 proceedings with a clear, solutions-oriented approach. Her experience includes drafting motions, pleadings, disclosure statements, confirmation materials, and Chapter 11 plans, as well as supporting clients on pre- and post-petition issues involving claims objections, customer collections, lease matters, and critical vendor issues.
Sloane's prior judicial and government experience gives her valuable perspective on court processes and litigation strategy.
