George Blankley IV

George Blankley is a member of the firm's corporate and business transactions group where he advises clients on a broad spectrum of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and financings. He leverages his diverse background to provide well-rounded support to clients.

Before joining the firm, George gained practical experience working on consumer retail agreements, marketing deals, and technology transactions as a legal intern in Nike's General Counsel's office and the University of Oregon's Tech Transfer Office. Prior to law school, George launched his career as a compliance analyst at a major financial services company in Southern California.
