Hal Borden advises clients on intellectual property matters across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, consumer electronics, distilled spirits, computer software, and higher education. With a particular focus on trademark searching, Hal has managed multinational clearance efforts for some of the world's best-known brands. His practice also encompasses IP licensing, enforcement, and prosecution, including large-scale trademark registration projects spanning dozens of countries.
