Seth Brickey is a former assistant United States attorney who works on the firm's litigation team. He represents clients in complex litigation matters, leveraging his experience as a federal prosecutor in Alaska to deliver strategic advocacy and pragmatic solutions for clients in his state and beyond.
Seth has litigation experience at trial and before the Ninth Circuit, where he briefed and argued multiple appeals. He led over a hundred investigations and criminal cases as a prosecutor, including cases involving various fraud and cybercrime issues, often collaborating with international law enforcement. Before becoming a lawyer, he served as a judicial law clerk both for a Ninth Circuit judge and for the chief judge of the U.S. District Court in Anchorage.
Seth earned his J.D. from the University of Washington and his B.A. from Western Washington University, serving on the latter's Board of Trustees.
