Jessica Caso is a skilled patent attorney experienced in building robust IP portfolios for her clients. She focuses on patent preparation and prosecution for cutting-edge technologies, including AI/ML, software, fintech, digital imaging technologies, wireless systems, IoT, aerospace, consumer products, and medical devices. She provides end-to-end support in patent development to ensure comprehensive protection of IP assets, including performing patentability studies, patent application preparation and prosecution, freedom-to-operate investigations, licensing agreements, and prelitigation enforcement actions. Jessica also develops coordinated global strategies for clients with international operations to align filings and strengthen worldwide protection.
Before practicing patent law, Jessica applied her technical expertise in the financial technology sector as a software developer, where she designed and implemented trading software operating across global markets. She later served as a project manager, directing product development and software launches for leading buy-side financial institutions.
