Carlos Chairez is a paralegal within the corporate and business transactions practice. He supports a wide range of complex corporate and emerging company matters, including licensing and qualifications, equity compensation analysis, and stock issuances and transfers. He regularly onboards, maintains, and reconciles corporate capitalization tables across multiple equity management platforms and assists with all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and recapitalizations.
