Katie Chan manages all stages of business and commercial litigation, from depositions to oral argument to settlement negotiations. She has handled hearings and procedural matters in both trial and appellate courts. Before joining private practice, Katie clerked for Judge Linda Lee at the Washington Court of Appeals, where she worked closely with chambers to draft, revise, and publish opinions. As a law student, she worked with the American Civil Liberties Union of Washington and the American Civil Liberties Union Voting Rights Project, where she performed work related to anti-discrimination laws, fair housing, criminal and racial justice, and voting rights.
