Cyndi Chin is experienced in all aspects of trust and estate administration. She is an exceptional resource for attorneys, clients, and third parties throughout the period of administration, including reviewing controlling documents and preparing required probate documents; consulting with attorneys to consider substantive issues such as post-death planning options, distribution and funding matters, and tax implications; completing asset inventories and federal and state estate tax returns; preparing accountings and distribution schedules; and drafting various practice-related documents in conjunction with supervising attorneys.
