Caitlyn Courtney

Caitlyn Courtney is a member of the firm's commercial litigation practice, representing clients from a range of industries in complex commercial and contractual litigation matters. She has successfully represented and defended her clients through all stages of litigation, including through jury trial and final arbitration hearing, in disputes up to $1 billion.

Before joining DWT, Caitlyn was an associate at a Chambers Band 1 general commercial litigation firm in Houston. She also served as a judicial clerk to Chief Judge Priscilla Richman on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit in Austin, Texas.
