Patrick J. Curran Jr.
Counsel
As a litigator in Davis Wright Tremaine's communications group, Pat Curran provides legal solutions to his clients' business problems when things go sideways. He's not afraid of the courtroom and regularly appears in state and federal courts across the country. Whether Fortune 500 companies or startups, Pat takes the time to fully understand his clients' business needs and works closely with internal stakeholders to craft legal strategies that meet those needs in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
While Pat spends a good amount of time representing tech giants that dominate the headlines, he also works with startups, mid-market companies, non-profits, and individuals. Pat is able to leverage his experience and that of his colleagues to obtain favorable results for his clients, regardless of whether he's suing the government under the Freedom of Information Act or defending a telecom giant against claims of unfair and deceptive trade practices.
