Suzanne Daigle represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation and disputes arising in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Her practice includes contractual and business disputes in state and federal courts, commercial arbitration, contested matters in bankruptcy proceedings, adversary proceedings, and post judgment enforcement actions such as garnishments and other collection efforts.
Before joining Davis Wright Tremaine, Suzanne practiced bankruptcy law in Denver, where she focused on middle market Chapter 11 debtor representations. She began her legal career as a law clerk to Hon. Brian D. Lynch (Ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington, where she developed expertise in bankruptcy law and gained valuable insight into courtroom practice.
