Gayle Denman focuses her practice on trademark and trade dress clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement. She has particular expertise in the strategic development and execution of international clearance projects and global filing programs. Gayle acts as a full-service IP advisor to her clients by also providing them with trusted counsel in areas including copyright, publicity rights, film clearance, and marketing and promotions. Like her clients' business interests, Gayle's expertise crosses industries, from retail and consumer goods to software and technology, media and entertainment, financial services, higher education, and philanthropy.

Gayle is very active in the International Trademark Association ("INTA").
