Rachel Douglas strives to serve as a dedicated advocate for her clients, regardless of their circumstances. She is committed to solving problems, and providing thorough, competent counsel. Her client-centered approach shines a light on the needs and objectives of those she serves.
During her time working at Andrade Gonzalez LLP, Rachel represented numerous clients in federal court, state court, and administrative hearings. She also brings extensive experience with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Government Claims Act.
