Managing Partner
Jaime Drozd is the Managing Partner of Davis Wright Tremaine. She leads the firm with a vision grounded in DWT's founding values of integrity, community, excellence, and client service, and is focused on ensuring DWT is the firm clients turn to for their most important matters and where exceptional lawyers and business professionals choose to build their careers.
Under Jaime's leadership, DWT distinguishes itself through four core strengths. The firm brings bold thinking to complex legal challenges, anticipating what's ahead and delivering practical, tailored solutions. Its lawyers pair deep industry insight with strategic perspective to understand clients' businesses and help them make confident decisions on critical issues. DWT also leads on technology and AI innovation, investing in advanced tools that transform how legal services are delivered and help clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape. At the same time, the firm maintains a people-forward culture grounded in collaboration, inclusion, and strong relationships with clients and one another.
Jaime is focused on the continued growth of the firm, including strengthening DWT's nationally recognized industry teams in technology, energy, media & entertainment, financial services and fintech, food & beverage, and healthcare, while expanding the firm's geographic reach to better serve clients wherever they operate. She works closely with DWT's lawyers and business professionals to deliver exceptional client service while fostering a culture that supports professional excellence, community engagement, and fulfilling careers.
Prior to becoming Managing Partner, Jaime served as firmwide co-chair of DWT's litigation practice and as vice chair of the firm's Executive Committee, and co-founded DWT's Women's Attorney Affinity Group. Her practice focused on complex commercial litigation, including advising and defending clients in a wide range of consumer class actions.
