Lukas Dudkowski is counsel in DWT's technology, communications, privacy & security practice group, where he helps technology companies manage risk, move quickly, and bring innovative products and services to market. He advises clients across the technology ecosystem—including AI, cloud, digital media, advertising, software, hardware, connected-device, streaming, and infrastructure businesses—on complex commercial transactions, product counseling, data practices, technology and IP licensing, open-source governance, strategic partnerships, reverse logistics, and M&A due diligence focused on IP and open-source software.

While at DWT, Lukas has completed several long-term secondments embedded with client teams supporting AI/ML matters, hardware development and sourcing, AWS-related technology initiatives, reverse logistics programs, and ad technology matters. Clients look to Lukas for practical, commercially grounded advice at the intersection of law, technology, and product execution. Drawing on more than 15 years of legal experience and an earlier career as a computer engineer and technology program manager, he translates complex legal, technical, regulatory, and commercial issues into clear guidance that helps product, engineering, privacy, security, procurement, operations, policy, and executive teams make informed decisions and scale their businesses with confidence.
