Dipa Sudra advises employers on all employee benefits and ERISA-related issues. She drafts and maintains 401(k) and profit-sharing plans, 403(b) plans, 457(b) plans, defined benefit pension plans, health and welfare benefit plans (including wrap plans, flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement arrangements, and health savings accounts), wellness plans, severance plans, fringe benefit plans, and cafeteria plans. As part of this work, she advises on plan governance (including RFPs), plan corrections (such as EPCRS), plan mergers, and spin-offs. She performs controlled and affiliated service group analyses, negotiates service contracts, and represents clients in IRS and Department of Labor investigations. Dipa proactively works with her clients to ensure they are ahead of legal developments and have robust governance practices.
