What’s your sweet spot as it relates to this industry?
The "F" in FDA.

What was your favorite food as a kid?
Chicken pot pie.

If you couldn’t be a lawyer, what would you be?
A ski instructor.

Why is food/bev/ag your chosen industry?
I was hired to be a tax lawyer, and this is more complex.

What book or song inspires you the most, and why?
"Green Eggs and Ham" I read this book aloud to my father on my third birthday, and it is about food.

What is your favorite quote?
John F. Kennedy Jr. at April 29, 1962, dinner honoring Nobel Prize winners: "I think that this is the most extraordinary collection of talent, of human knowledge, that has ever been gathered together at the White House, with the possible exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone." For me, knowledge for the sake of knowledge is important.

What is your favorite food travel destination, and why?
San Francisco; it has everything.
