Sara A. Fairchild

Sara Fairchild focuses her practice on media and First Amendment litigation, including defamation defense, intermediary liability, intellectual property disputes, and affirmative constitutional challenges to government action. She has represented technology and media companies on appeal and in trial courts across the country. Sara maintains an active pro bono practice, including pre-publication review for nonprofit news outlets. Before joining the firm, Sara served as a law clerk for the Honorable Roger L. Gregory, then-Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
