Jenna Galas has extensive experience representing clients in complex employment disputes and providing strategic counsel on a wide range of workplace issues. Jenna has successfully defended government and private clients in state and federal courts, including in high-stakes discrimination trials. She is well-versed in managing all aspects of employment litigation, from initial case assessment all the way through appeal.

Jenna brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to employment law. She not only defends clients in litigation but also helps them prevent problems before they arise by advising on all cycles of the employment relationship, designing policies that reflect today's workplace realities and developing trainings that equip clients to navigate complex workplace situations.

Prior to joining the firm, Jenna served as assistant general counsel for multiple prominent federal agencies, defending employment litigation and offering proactive legal counsel. In this role, she served as first-chair counsel both at trial and on appeal, advised on internal investigations, represented the agency-employer in collective bargaining negotiations and at arbitration, and defended against unfair labor practice charges. She also has public-sector employment litigation experience as a former deputy city attorney for Los Angeles, having successfully defended the city and its departments in numerous high-profile matters. Earlier in her career, Jenna practiced commercial and employment litigation in private practice.
