As DWT's East Coast talent acquisition manager, Aglaia oversees associate and partner recruiting efforts for the firm's New York and Washington, D.C., offices. She applies her psychology background and her 15 years of experience recruiting attorneys for Big Law to identify candidates with the talent, dedication, and values characteristic of DWT lawyers.
