Monica Gianni

Monica Gianni advises clients on tax matters related to the formation, operation, sale, and reorganization of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. She has particular experience advising on tax issues involving U.S. clients doing business in foreign countries and foreign investors entering the U.S. market, including transfer pricing and licensing agreements, withholding tax, and planning for tax efficiency. She regularly advises clients on information reporting requirements, state and federal payroll taxes, and IRS procedural issues. She is an adjunct professor in the LL.M. Tax Program at the University of Florida and was a tenured professor at California State University, Northridge. She has also taught at the University of Washington, Seattle University, Leiden University International Tax Center, University Mohammed I, University of Lisbon, and Munster University.
