Emily Goodell

Emily Goodell applies her experience as a prosecuting attorney to help clients safeguard their brands and intellectual property and hold bad actors accountable. From filing lawsuits and guiding investigations aimed at identifying cybercriminals to obtaining restraining orders and implementing enforcement strategies, Emily takes a proactive approach to insulating her clients and their business assets from fraudsters and internet threats.
While serving as a deputy prosecuting attorney with the Kitsap County Prosecutor's Office, Emily organized and executed dozens of jury trials and led a trial team dedicated to economic and identity crimes. She is experienced in coordinating and collaborating with law enforcement in municipal, county, state, and federal agencies, as well as experts and other multidisciplinary partners on investigations to identify and prosecute appropriate charges.
