Kristal Graham

Kristal Graham counsels employers on compliance with laws governing hiring and terminations, leaves of absence and accommodation, wage-and-hour, personnel policies, and other employment and labor issues. She defends employers against workplace disputes in front of federal and state agencies and state and federal court proceedings.
