Joseph Hajjar leads a full service intellectual property practice, including a focus on preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patents. A trained mechanical engineer with experience managing IP portfolios, ranging from solo inventors to Fortune 500 companies, Joseph works closely with clients in a variety of industries including medical devices and complex medical technologies, robotics, automotive, and consumer products. He advises clients on patentability, portfolio strategy, product launches, and landscape analysis investigations, tailoring his guidance to support client goals.
Joseph complements his technical expertise with legal knowledge on a range of IP issues—including patent non-infringement and invalidity analysis, design patent, copyright and trademark fair use, legal opinions, strategic design implementations, and the like.
