Rachael Idiarte works on commercial litigation matters. She has experience with discovery, expert witness depositions, and drafting. Before joining the firm, Rachael externed for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Washington, handling both civil and criminal matters, and previously for Washington Supreme Court Justice Mary Yu. She also was a litigation paralegal for a sole practitioner in the Seattle area, where she mediated claims before the state Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and supported clients during all stages of litigation. Before attending law school, Rachael volunteered for the AmeriCorps JusticeCorps family law program in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, assisting self-represented litigants.
