Macaulay Ivory is a member of DWT's commercial litigation team, focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. He has represented clients in a broad range of litigation, including matters involving breach of contract, antitrust, patent and trademark infringement, False Claims Act, and insurance coverage disputes.
Macaulay also has argued cases involving state-level consumer complaints, such as those brought under the Washington Consumer Protection Act, and has overseen internal investigations. At the federal level, Macaulay has drafted appellate motions, supervised document reviews, and conducted witness interviews in white-collar investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice and the SEC. He also has conducted direct examination of key principal and expert witnesses in arbitration actions.
Macaulay also has experience in wealth management issues and serves on the board of a behavioral health nonprofit in Western Washington.
