Josie Jeremiah is an associate in the corporate and business transactions practice group. She advises firm clients on buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other complex business transactions across various industries, including technology and engineering. She has represented startups and investors in venture capital and angel financing transactions. She also advises emerging companies on entity formation, corporate governance, fundraising strategies, equity structuring, and other general business matters.
Prior to her time as a corporate associate, Josie managed commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions for the Port of Portland, securing funding for major capital projects.
