Adam Jones applies his two decades of experience in complex insurance coverage counseling and litigation to provide DWT insurance industry clients with strategic advice on matters involving commercial insurance policies. In his analyses, Adam applies a cost-effective approach to ensure that his clients obtain the best result through pre-suit resolution or, when necessary, litigation.
Adam has first-chair trial experience in complex insurance litigation in Oregon and Washington state and federal trial and appellate courts. His experience further includes serving as the lead attorney for drafting complex coverage opinions and carrier coverage position letters in high-impact complex litigation involving environmental, mass tort, construction defect, employment, and intellectual property claims, among others.
