Sharon Alice Joseph represents clients in complex commercial disputes. Experienced in all aspects of federal and state litigation, including in mediation and arbitration, Sharon specializes in disputes involving trademarks, copyright, intellectual property, and contractual claims. She also represents commercial landlords, including private equity firms, in leasing litigation and counsels clients to help proactively resolve disputes before they reach the courts. Before joining DWT, Sharon was a core member of a New York firm's trial and appellate teams.
