Caesar Kalinowski IV takes an expansive view of his clients' constitutional and intellectual property rights. Using his background in global special operations and intelligence collection with the United States Marine Corps, Caesar has considerable research, analysis, and interpersonal relationship experience. He is comfortable working in small teams under demanding circumstances with short deadlines, and has participated in complex litigation matters in federal and state courts.
Caesar is extremely passionate about (bordering on consumed with) First Amendment, media, and intellectual property issues. He also loves tackling complex litigation matters and defending clients from government overreach, speech suppression, and heavy regulation.
