Gina Kette works with leaders of Davis Wright Tremaine to develop firmwide staff recruiting strategy. She is responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and administration of talent acquisition programs and processes aligned to DWT's strategic priorities.

Gina is passionate about collaborating across teams, mentoring junior talent, and leveraging technology to attain the firm's goals. She serves as an internal consultant in developing best practices and talent solutions.
