As a member of the firm's corporate and business transactions group, Jen assists clients on a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and equity financings across an array of industries. Jen also has international corporate experience in Tokyo and Hong Kong, where they worked on inbound and outbound M&A transactions, corporate governance, online platform liability, and content regulation.
