Chisup Kim

Chi Kim is a member of the firm's corporate and business transactions group. He focuses on representing emerging companies, founders, and investors in venture capital and private equity investments, financings, corporate entity formation, governance structures, and mergers and acquisitions. Before law school, Chi worked at a venture-backed legal technology startup, giving him a firsthand appreciation for the entrepreneurial journey.
