Jisoo Kim

Jisoo Kim advises clients on complex business transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and other strategic investments and partnerships. She represents private and public companies, sponsors, founders, and investors in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions that support long term business objectives. Jisoo also counsels clients on the formation and structuring of joint ventures and strategic alliances, including the negotiation of governance frameworks, economic arrangements, capital commitments, and exit mechanisms designed to align partner interests and manage long term risk.

In addition to her transactional practice, Jisoo counsels clients on company formation, capital structure and strategic planning, as well as ongoing corporate governance matters. She works closely with management teams, boards of directors, and investors to address key legal and commercial considerations that arise as businesses grow, enter new markets, or pursue strategic initiatives.
