Daniel Klein has extensive experience in the energy field, assisting attorneys and electric industry clients in the preparation and submission of a broad range of regulatory and litigation filings with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and federal appellate courts. He is particularly knowledgeable regarding FERC's eTariff system, having handled hundreds of tariff filings, provided extensive training and tariff maintenance assistance to client staff members, and managed FERC company registrations for more than 50 companies, going back more than a decade. He has extensive experience in preparing and submitting the relational database filings required for market-based rate sellers under FERC's Order 860.
