Sunny Knight’s practice focuses on providing a high level of client service and engagement for a variety of technology transactions, including negotiating and drafting cloud-services agreements (for in-bound and out-bound cloud offerings), licensing products and services, and advising on associated privacy and security issues. Sunny regularly assists clients in negotiating complex, strategic technology transactions, and she works closely with clients to develop forms, playbooks, and other strategies to efficiently manage high-volume work.
As a former litigator, Sunny brings a practical approach to advising clients on risk and developing solutions that meet the needs of each client. She works closely with DWT’s De Novo team to deliver innovative solutions leveraging data analysis, managed services offerings, and flexible staffing to provide more effective and targeted services based on a deeper understanding of the client’s business.
