Kevin Kramer has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. He represents companies of all sizes across a wide spectrum of industries, including in consumer class actions, breach of contract disputes, securities and corporate governance litigation, and product liability matters. A practical counselor, Kevin endeavors to ensure that the legal strategies he deploys align with his clients' business objectives and has navigated a range of complex matters to successful resolution.
Prior to joining Davis Wright Tremaine, Kevin served as in-house litigation counsel at Amazon, where he led the company's defense of consumer litigation arising out of amazon.com, as well as shareholder claims levied against Amazon's board and senior officers. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade litigating complex commercial cases at a global law firm in New York, where he represented clients in significant disputes through all stages of litigation.
