Audrey fosters horizontal relationships across firm departments and is responsible for leading cross-department process improvements that contribute to the overall success of the firm, including utilization and workflow allocation, lateral hire integration and retention, expense and budget management, and driving the attorney adoption of innovative technology tools to improve service delivery.
